“The breakfast was haphazard and a not entirely available every morning for everyone. There were too many people wanting to eat at one time. Seating was also limited. The two major complaints I have were that the small soaps and shampoo in the bathroom were in packaging that was impossible to open without a sharp object; the bathroom was also poorly lighted, dark. And the tub was slicker than ice. The room was small but comfortable, clean and well attended. The staff was great, particularly the young man who managed the property. The male owner of the hotel was somewhat less than friendly, but his wife was great, also. Although they did not have smoking rooms, they made decent accommodations outside that were both comfortable and convenient.”
