“Die Gastfreundlichkeit von allen Mitarbeitern +Chef ist außergewöhnlich. Gleich zu Beginn durfte das Gefühl des "Ankommens" entstehen. Das Angebot zum Abend - ein 4 Gänge Menü für 15€/p.P. ist unschlagbar - und die Küche ist hervorragend. Rundrum war es ein gelungener Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zum Skilaufen auf der Seiser Alm. Die Hohe Burg ist eine ganz klare Empfehlung von mir an andere.”
“Sehr nettes Hotel mit freundlichem , hilfsbereitem Personal. Der Chef gibt gerne Tipps für Ausflüge - das Haus ist Ausgangspunkt für viele wunderbare Bergtouren - und kocht auch selbst, und das ganz frisch und ausgezeichet. Knackige Salate, beste Schlutzkrapfen, probieren Sie mal das Rumpsteak! Auch das Frühstück war lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Unser Zimmer hat uns gefallen, das Bad war neu und auch der Saunabereich sehr ansprechend.”
