“Check in was a breeze, we paid upon arrival so they didn't hold our passports. The room is spacious and clean. The lighting are adequate. Muslim travelers, please bring along your prayer mats. The bed is also comfortable. There is also a kettle and mini refrigerator. We dint take the breakfast as halal eateries can easily be found around the area, It is walking distance to the famous Lee Gardens area, and just a block away from Robinsons. There is always a tuk tuk waiting in front of the hotel, but you will have to negotiate on the price. The guard at the parking area is very nice and friendly, he did his best to show us Kim Jung Market and the money changer although his English was limited :) I would recommend this to first timers in Hatyai and would definitely come again in future.”
“5 minutes to train station, 8-9 minutes to town area. bed and toilet is clean. staff is friendly and helpful. Central Festival free shuttle service stop is in front of the hotel. very near to Odeon shopping mall and Robinson shopping mall. Nice hatyai town view.”

“Excellent location, 3 min walking to robinson, 10 min to lee garden. Very near to kim yong market and 5 min walking to train station. Clean room, spacious room, i like wooden laminating flooring, value for money. We were allowed check in at 12pm. The reception staffs helped us to make a few local calls to our van agent when they were late for pick up without charge.They have a massage service at the hotel too. Foot massage at lobby & body massage at level 3.”
