Every staff member we interacted with was warm and friendly, not something you'd expect from a trendy downtown hotel. A special compliment to the lady minding the bar on 7/5. She was super nice and very helpful as far as telling us directions to go to the venue which brought us to Orlando in the first place. It was a delight spending happy hour at the bar with her! The room itself was spacious and the king sized bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the bathroom, too! A lot of times such modern designs can feel cold and uninviting, but this was not the case at ALL! I wish I could've stayed longer than just the one night! Will definitely make sure to stay here every time we head this way.”

Also the lady at the bar was kind and served us a drink although we were actually late for ordering drinks. Parking for 22$ seemed okay compared to what we needed to pay in Miami. Check out was quick and easy. Our rooms was clean, spacey and nicely designed.”
