“All good except we are not used to German pillows. Receptionist told us Bistro open till 10pm on Sunday which was a bit disappointing as we came back at 8pm to find it was shut. But aside from that all was good, staff helpful and the hotel is very comfortable. No noise within the room from other rooms which was great. Be really nice if the windows were double glazed. Traffic noise a bit disturbing early morning. Very nice hotel all in!”

“The hotel serves organic vegetarian / vegan food and makes a real effort to reduce its carbon footprint. The staff are really friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. We stayed in a family room which was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower room. The hotel is in the former east Berlin, which has a great atmosphere and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel whilst the underground is about 10 minutes walk away and the train station about 15 minutes - the journey into the city centre is quick and very good value.”
