“George, Elias and their families made us feel so at home at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had such a good vibe, with many people staying there been returning for years! Steak and ribs night is an absolute must. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly such a sense of a community. The cleaning/waiting staff are so lovely too! It was very heart warming to see how much George and Elias do for UK charities and a special highlight was seeing them count the money they’ve raised this year for the ‘we love Manchester’ Emergency fund. Over £1000 raised!!! If / when we return to kos Alice Springs will be the only hotel we would consider!!”

“This is a family run hotel, and all the staff were lovely. They are friendly and funny, without being in your face or obnoxious. It is as easy to sit around the pool and have a drink as it is to head to the beach. We were there in the off season, so many things were closed around us but it also meant that we got very personal service everywhere we went. There is a larger convenience store half a block from the hotel, and good food about a 15 minute walk away.”

“Comfortable basic bedroom. Staff very friendly. Family run small hotel. Very sociable bar area. Lovely clean pool. Drink fairly priced. Great location with good restaurants and bars. Lovely beaches, although stoney to get into the water so need shoes. You can hire bikes for 5 Euros a day for 2 people and cycle on the very efficient cycle paths. Very quiet hotel at night. They have a quiz night and Greek dancing night. Kos town 20/30 min walk depending on how fast you walk. Always sun beds available at the hotel and the beach. Although we went in late sept 20th for 1 week which is quieter, other people said at the height of the season very busy and not so readily available. Great holiday. Will return to Alice springs. “The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and you can get fresh towels anytime you want. The location is very good - close to lots of nice beaches with sun beds. Good quality comparing to the price. ”

“Everything was perfect. If you're looking for the best hotel on Kos, you should definitely choose Alice Springs Hotel. The staff was so so so kind and helpful with everything, and was always ready to make sure, that your stay would be comfortable. Alice Springs Hotel is a family-runned hotel, with Elias as the owner, who is always ready with a joke or two, to make your day even better. You can always come to him for advice about your holiday. We went to Kadamena for 3 days after Alice Springs, before leaving Kos, and it didn't feel the same at all. You can't buy the atmosphere, that Elias and his lovely staff, serves on this Hotel. We couldn't ask for a better stay on Kos and we are definitely coming back next year! Sincerely, Emilie and Nicholas”
