“The space in the room and the location of the hotel. The bus stop for buses to chania (20 min) and elafonissi (2h approx) is right outside the hotel. The hotel is beach front, so can just step out onto the waterfront. The staff are lovely and friendly. They answered all our questions and helped out re buses etc. ”
“Wonderful location next to the beach. We had halfboard but could choose from day to day if we wanted half board a la carte lunch or dinner which also was a la carte. The food was very good. The view from our balcony was perfect. The main beds were very comfortable.”

“Studio apartment was a very nice size & balcony gave a great view over pool area and onto the beach. Location was perfect, room to beach in about 90 seconds is pretty unbeatable. Staff very pleasant & good English. Very little English speaking TV content though which wasn't much of a problem until we got rained in on our final day!”
“Our stay at Alexia Beach Hotel was faultless. From our checking in which was fast and stress free to settling in was just amazing. The facilities are great and it's so nice you can just walk up to the Beach from the pool side of the hotel. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. The hotel is quite close to Plantanias if you fancy vibrant evenings and cool bars and resturants.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Alexia Beach. For a family a bigger room is recommended. We had to change from a studio apartment to a mezzanine apartment and it gave better comfort. Thanks to Alexia's stuff who made it possible. The location is great- right on the beach! Kids appreciated a very nice and warm swimming pool. Food is also very good, we enjoyed the half board. It gave the same feeling as eating in a la carte restaurant. Toys and small corner for the kids on the terrace restaurant was brilliant! Breakfast is served outside by the pool and it also gave a very nice feeling. Food for breakfat was basic but ok, all is fresh and tasty. Service was great from everyone working in this hotel! Very friendly and solutions oriented.”
