“The location is great, 1 min of walk to Piazza della Reppublica and 5 min to Palazzo Ducale. The cleaning very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful: for example, on the first evening we asked some hot water at the reception -- the next day they brought us an electric teapot with mugs and tea bags (though it was not included for our type of the room)! They are always ready to give an advice about the town, too. Best memories of the stay.”
