“Noi abbiamo prenotato l'albero D'Italia ma ci hanno trasferiti a una loro struttura Hotel Ritz quindi il nostro giudizio è riferito a questa struttura e l'albero Italia non lo abbiamo nemmeno visto: questo non è accettabile al momento della prenotazione senza vedere quindi l'alternativa. La colazione era minima nel vero senso della parola e la stanza ha un arredo assurdo: lavandino e doccia senza porta in camera mentre wc e bidet in un antro chiuso con una porta che non si chiude senza accessori (saponi asciugamani in questo spazio) - facendo la doccia si allaga la camera se non si mettono gli asciugamani a terra per contenere l'acqua - il sapone è sul lavandino e il bidet a 2,5 mt quindi avanti e indietro. Non c'è presa di corrente allo specchio ma solo in prossimità dei comodini. Saranno linee di architettura moderne ma per niente funzionali. Il mio giudizio finale è da evitare.”
