“Nice hotel, in a nice location, but not for single travellers”
“Definitely get a room with a view of the harbour and bay: worth it! The old city on the island is definitely the place to be, with a nice relaxed atmosphere (children playing hide and seek around and in the church!) Parking nearby at 3 Euro a day”
“The hotel is situated on the island that constitutes Gallipoli’s historic centre in a charming palazzo overlooking the harbour. Lift, free and password free WiFi and shower all work. Cathedral, picturesque confraternity chapels and castle are all within a five minute walk.”
“Did exactly what it said - clean, simple, room, in value. Place do have a GO TO restaurant, bit on expensive side tho.”
“The location, breakfast, staff and restaurant were pretty good.”
“This is not our first stay at the hotel, and we've missed it during the time it was closed. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the windows facing facing the sea make the rooms seem airy, even during a heatwave. The staff is proffessional, friendly, very helpful and mostly Englishspeaking. Breakfast is really good for an Italian hotel.”
“Very nice room with view over the harbour. Great breakfast...good for everyone's taste and needs. Hotel is in the historic walled island town.”
“Very good location with two minute walk to clean beach”
“Friendly hotel located centrally in old town. Convenient for short visit”
“The hotel was central but also quite close to the car park so effectively parking was no problem. The hotel is attached to a fish restaurant and both are situated in what appears to be an c18/C19c villa forming part of the continuous set of buildings which so picturesquely look out over the port and the sea on the island of Gallipoli. The hotel room which we had was very spacious and overlooked the port area. The staff were friendly and helpful advising us, for example, of the fact that the night we booked into the hotel was the night when all museums/churches of the town were open late and staging all manner of events.”
