“We booked a double room with side sea view and were allocated a quadruple room for the same price. We had a long balcony with a full sea view at the end, so perfect location. We love sitting in the Akrotainaritis taverna on the sea edge at any time of day. We've been visiting Gerolimenas and Akrotainaritis for over 25 years. We have seen them both develop over time, and still love the place..”

“Hosts Spiros & Vasiliki were very accomodating and gracious to us during our 3 night stay in Gerolimenas. They also own and run the restaurant below and we thoughly enjoyed Vasiliki's delicious homemade cooking, which we had each of the 3 nights we stayed there. They are friendly with the local fisherman and we ate the freshest whole fish and octypus. The spanakopita, pastitsio and mousaka were also of exeptional homemade quality. The feta used in the Greek salad (from Tripoli) was one of the best we have ever had. Breakfasts were simple Greek fare with locally baked bread and fresh eggs. Make sure you stay at one of the rooms with a Sea View. On our next trip to the area, we will absolutely stay at the Akrotainaritis.”

“For our room the balcony was described as having a side sea view but it was much better than that, as you could get two chairs side by side and gaze at the sea with a glass of Retina bought from the owners restaurant downstairs.”
