“We adore the staff's helpfulness, attitude and problem solving skills. Our room's heating was broken. We took a walk, until they've repaired it. Sadly, the lights weren't working after, so we had to change to a twin bed room. At the end we got a room with a seaview and some complimentary cake. The breakfast was superb. Open buffet, but great! Tasty tomatoes, crunchy fries and excellent jams! Especially the quince and green apple! Thanks to the staff we had a 5 star experience in a 3 star hotel!”
