“we love onsen and we found booking into this hotel great value for money. The onsen in this hotel is not big and not very attractive. However, we could use its sister hotel Tsuruga Wings' onsen facilities which really made our day! There's frequent shuttle service so travelling between two hotels wasnt any problem. The onsen was quite sizable and located on two floors, you have to try both and you would never regret it.”
“Good hotel on the shores of Akan lake in the village of Akan, where everything is on foot distance. The local onsen is small, but there is a free shuttle service for the twin hotel that boasts a five * onsen. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a lot to eat, some very good some so and so depending on the taste. Comfortable room, clean, friendly staff, wifi, parking, a good one-night stay.”

Parking space is limited at the hotel but they made it up by having staff positioned at the hotel entrance to assist visitors with their baggage upon arrival . Front desk staff with English skills , well equipped shop and warm welcome by restaurant staff have added strength to this hotel . Good variety of local / western food , with acceptable quality . Lake facing room has wonderful view of Lake Akan and ferry - a big plus !”
“Our room was Japanese tatami style. The room size was good, toilet was small with a bath tub. The staff came to our room to help us lay out the futon for out night's sleep while we were having dinner. Thumbs up for their service. We bought the half board option and had the buffet dinner. The food and spread were great! Totally love the food! We were glad we had our dinner here. One of the best meals we had in Hokkaido! The futons were comfy and we had a great night sleep here!”
“Spacious room, beautiful lake view, clean, and near to jetty, just walk out and the lake and jetty is right before your eyes. Peaceful. We went there by rented car. Parking is never an issue because this hotel provides valet service, efficient and prompt.”
