“Everything was marvelous, every detail of the hotel, they have thought very thoroughly how to make your stay enjoyable! But the best is the personnel, always hospitable and ready to help, guessing any client's wish! Congratulations to the management and whole team!”
“Magnificent accommodation! By far exceeded my expectations for its price! Location is great: all major landmarks of Istanbul are at the walking distance. By the way, this hotel is a sightseeing by itself - masterpiece level of decorations inside: hand crafted mother of pearl decorated furniture, skillfully carved marble everywhere, genuine fine art pieces in hallways, silk carpets, high end electronics and facilities in rooms and so on! Great complimentary SPA. All-in-all it’s a candy or one’s eye! Added to that - top notch level of service and great food.”
“Beautifuly furnished no expenses spared ideal location Magee minutes from grand bazar breakfast was so much you no need there lunch staff very friendly, the only hotel where everything in mini bar and snacks are complimentary, high quality tv and sound system coffee machine”
“One of the best hotels I have tried. Everything was great, staff, services, room. I will visit the hotel again.”
“The hotel staff treated us extremely well. They are extremely helpful beyond the call of duty.”
“Staff is very friendly and ready to help/support. Breakfast is ''traditional style'' with serving on the table with manny options good cooked traditional local food. We were amazed how they cook the famous Turkish bred (looking like a balloon) and they invited us for a demo in the furnace. Rooms are very good and hotel is silent. Even is located in hearth of Sultanahmet zone, is not in the most dense area and all day is quite. You need 10-15 min walking to reach the Hippodrome square and see the most of the historical places.”
“I commend Burch (at Front Desk) and the guys who welcomed and helped us. Thank you for the welcome treat at our arrival: refreshments and yummy dates! I liked the leisurely manner of our welcome to the hotel. I also commend Çiller. I also appreciate very much Ayden (I hope I spelled all names correctly). Truly, all personnel we came in contact with were superbly customer-oriented. Everyone aimed to please, and we were very pleased. Thank you. We loved everything about the hotel: Lobby to room to Rooftop Restaurant and Breakfast Room. The wait staff were sooo very nice and helpful. I was sooo impressed with our room and how everything was lovingly wrapped and the amenities plentiful and sumptuous. The complimentary goodies were yum, the welcome gift of soaps in a lovely box and the evening chocolate treat - super! I liked the light settings, electric window shades and such. ALL SPELLED L-U-X-U-R-Y!”
“Almost everything. Overall speaking, this is a high class, luxury, modernized hotel yet with local/Azerbaijan features. Staffs taken care of us for everything, at everytime, from the first step getting into the hotel to the check-out - kind and warm. And services offered with various, extended compliments (like welcome tea and dates, branded kits and furnitures, whole fridge filled with free drinks and snacks etc.). Breakfast was served at 'set' manner, you don't get 'buffet' and don't have to order anything, they will offer you all sorts of Turkish+Azerbaijan style breakfast items, such as extensive omelette, cheese boards, jams and local dips, breads, fruits, olivers, pickled vegetables... And the dinner/breakfast restaurant is with a beautiful sea/city view as well! I will definitely return. 你还在等什么?这个酒店简直让你过得跟皇帝一样-各种高级设备,备品和辉煌的装潢,高质量有特色的早餐,和友好友善的员工,你值得拥有!”
“I have been many times to Istanbul and stayed in many excellent hotels. Ajwa Sultanahmet, in my opinion, is the best hotel in Istanbul. Everything was perfect and literally beyond our expectations. We were upgraded to a room on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of Marmara sea. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, high quality and various, the service was professional, the attitude was welcoming, the in-room mini bar was premium quality and was free of charge for us, the toilletters were a luxury, to mention but a few. The Turkish bath and spa were amazing as well. Everything in this Syrian/ Othoman style boutique hotel was a story to tell. On Eid-Alaadha, we found a beautiful big box in our room full of gifts. I definitely recommend this hotel to travelers to Istanbul interested in both luxury and Sultanahmet district. Keep it up guys!”
“Super breakfast, luxury and super comfortable bed, and wonderful services and facilities”
