“when I eventually arrived I found no milk to have a drink a dirty cup with a spoon in it. The night manager was great and saw that I got some milk and was very apologetic about the dirty cup. I would stay there again as its good value for money and not far from the airport. The room was large but needed a place to put the fridge rather than on the floor it looked very odd there. I did not realise that I needed to phone the hotel to get a pick up service, so i was delayed getting there and spent $25 on a taxi. The bed was good and the pillows nice and soft so I was comfortable.”

“Every person working at the desk was very nice. Pickup from the airport was easy. They had milk in the fridge and there was a water heater (tea kettle) in the room. The room was about USD $115 and in Chicago it would have been a $59-ish cheap motel room.”
“The hotel is not far from the airport but you also need to take bus or connect with the hotel and the in’s frustrating is poor enough ”
