“I wanted to be close to the airport for my flight out of Frankfurt next day. Being totally new to Germany, I only chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced. Turns out that was a very good decision as Airport Hotel Global had much more to offer. The room was comfortable and had an electric kettle and free bottled water. Tea bags had to be gotten from the lounge downstairs though. There was also a refrigerator stocked with beverages and snacks that were reasonably priced. The window opened onto a roof so the view wasn't that great. The bathroom was spotless. Wireless internet in the room was free, fast and reliable. The hotel is located in a mostly residential and lightly commercial area. There are quiet a few restaurants in the vicinity including a halal doner kebab joint I visited for dinner. I had a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It was predominantly Turkish cuisine (good!). Lots of halal variety to choose from. I requested a late checkout and was accommodated with alacrity. The icing on the cake was the convenient bus connection. Less than 10 mins from the hotel one can get bus No. 751 from Walldorf stop for a 23 min bus ride that costs 3 euros to Frankfurt airport Terminal 1.”
