“The service was incredible. On the first day we complained that the wifi in our room was not working properly. Problems occur in all hotels. It is how the staff deal with them that matters. The staff sent a technician: he was not able to fix it. So they immediately moved us to another room with no fuss, no bother. They also offered us a complimentary bottle of wine. They could not have dealt with the issue better. The beach was immaculate. The water was crystal clear. We have already recommended Afitis to friends.”
