“Super clean and comfortable, lovely and friendly staff. Food lovely, have different themed nights and it's cheap and easier enough to get to chania centre via bus.”

“Great food (truly greek, don't expect fast food), with lots of variety - different everyday (except for breakfast). Nice swimming pool areas - there were always sunbeds available. Great if you want to get away from touristy areas. The beach is pebbled, but amazing and mostly only locals go to that beach. If you want to party, go to clubs/bars, this place is not for you! Do your research before you book an hotel, instead of giving it 1 star afterwards just because of the location or of how "boooored" you were (even though the hotel itself was good!). We booked this hotel precisely because it is in a quiet area and we loved it.”

“Exactly what we were looking for because it was so quiet and out of the way. Food was amazing and had our mouths watering on more than one occasion. It was so clean, really could not fault that. If you like night life and partying this is not the place for you!”

“The staff went above and beyond. Without them the hotel would not be so highly rated as they worked hard to make sure everyone's needs were attended to as much as possible. Eva and Marios (staff) went out of their way to make sure we had a unforgettable stay. I feel if you get a good all inclusive deal then you get a wonderful holiday.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights and pleasantly surprised. Wanted a base to explore the area and would not normally go to an all inclusive but the Adelais gave us good traditional cretan food and entertainment Everyone from the owner to the staff were lovely and so friendly. Big thanks to John and Dennis who always found time to look after us with a chat and smile during their busy work schedule”

“The staff were fantastic, lovely clean property, good choice of food, beautiful pool area. No real negatives. Very quiet area but good bus service to take you to bigger towns.chania was lovely and platanias is a 10 minute bus ride with lots of bars etc..A couple of bars in walking distance of hotel”

“Удобно для осмотра западной части острова: Балос, Фаласарна, Элафониси, Палеохора. За 3 дня успели объехать только эти места. Выезжали в 10.00, возвращались в 19.00. По навигатору недалеко, например, 50 км, а скоростной режим часто 20 км/час. В отеле чисто, тихо. Постельное белье меняли каждый день, Полотенца для пляжа 5 е/неделя. Интернет то работал, то нет. У стойки администрации работал хорошо. Лежаки, зонтики- полежать книжку почитать. На пляже 3 дня были волны, купаться в море невозможно. Зато отличное место для пробежки/прогулки пешком вдоль моря. Мельчайшие брызги от волн примерно в 5 м от кромки, дышится легко. Питание хорошее, но без излишеств, готовят очень вкусно. Проводятся развлекательные мероприятия.”

“Очень уютный,тихий и небольшой отель,в пяти минутах от пляжа,до Ханьи полчаса на машине. Чистотав номерах изумительная, удобные кровати, хорошее белье. Удивила ежедневная смена полотенец в 2* отеле. Бассейны удобные. Питание вкусное,все свежее,хоть и небольшой выбор,но за цену номера-прекрасно! Для детей мало,что подходит,но это не проблема. Вечерами тишина,слышен прибой. Рекомендую! ”

“Cudowne, wręcz magiczne miejsce. Pięknie zaprojektowany, kameralny kompleks hotelowy. Fantastyczna, nieprawdopodobnie wręcz przyjazna obsługa (część osób mówi po polsku). Bardzo dobre jedzenie (no może poza śniadaniami), dobry serwis AI. Dwa baseny plus brodzik dla dzieci, sporo leżaków. Całość bardzo zadbana i mega czysta (jak na południowe standardy). Na pewno tu wrócimy!”

“La struttura: bella e ben inserita nel contesto. Bellissime e ben curate le piscine. Lo staff: estremamente disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti! La cucina: ho potuto assaporare molti piatti tipici.”
