“the staff were amazingly kind, helpful. it was my sisters 50th so there was a nice gesture for her in her room. really appreciated the terrasse. we were on the last floor with the only 2 bedrooms, so we were close to each other. great bath products, avery varied breakfast. the cost of the drinks at the bar were reasonable”

“Very lovely and quirky hotel with some opulent and decandent decorations we had the October room which was very a good size and at the top of the building so we had a good view over the rooftops and easy access to the lovely little terrace area. From our room you can hear the singing from the Gondolas passing by and the bells from the Campanile. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Located brilliantly for all areas of Venice and although very near the busy and touristy area of St Marks it is in a nice quiet location. Breakfast was laid out and lots of choice mainly continental but can have the option of scrambled egss and bacon if you want something warm. Really nice small hotel and a good base to see Venice!!”
