What guests loved the most

“Beautiful view from the room. We managed to capture the Northern Lights on our camera from the room. View from dining hall was also beautiful. Simply surrounded by nature. There is a fireplace near the reception which is good after coming back and needing to warm yourself.”

, Singapore

“This is a centre for winter activity, its facilities were not fully open as I visited before 30th November, I also had to stay in a 4 bed room as other accommodation in the main hotel was unavailable - so it was expensive. If the restaurant is open and you do not need to cook your own food it is not so bad”

, United Kingdom

“The location is just perfect. When you are in search of the northern lights, nothing beats Abisko. The lights were visible right outside the cabin. The staff very friendly.”

, India

“Great location for northern lights (can see the northern lights outside the house. Very beautiful surrounding, great view of the lake. Only 1.5 hours drive to Narvik, Norway. Very quiet, Very spacious & Good facilities in the Kitchen with oven, pans, washing liquid.”

, United Kingdom

“The view is great. It was touching to watch aurora there. The staffs are nice.”

, Taiwan

“The aircondition was perfect, and the kitchen was very nice to stay in and use.”

, Denmark

“Great location to start the Kungsleden hike! Amazing dinner and. breakfast selection. Very helpful and friendly staff”

, USA

“Location is good. It is clean and bee convenient to places of interest”

, Malaysia

“The room was clean and with a view. The bed was very comfortable.”

, Malta

“The hotel has a very nice ambience. The views from the restaurant during the breakfast and lunch times are just breathtaking! Also, there are plenty of small living room areas with cozy chairs and sofas close to a nice and warm fireplace from where you can just chill having some amazing Abisko teas while looking through the window, waiting for the night to come to chase the northern lights. The property is located in a remote area that makes it perfect for watching the lights, since there is no much light around and you can just walk a few meters away from the hotel to have a good unobstructed view of the night sky. Just go to their backyard, lay down on the floor and enjoy the show.”
