“The room was clean and warm and the bed was comfortable. The old central heating system was a bit noisy when coming on or off and there was some noise from passing trains. The breakfast was excellent and served by friendly staff. It wasn't top class but was very good value for the price. Two people, ensuite, bed and good breakfast for under £40. How do they do it? We will definitely stay here again if in this area. If visiting Leighton Moss RSPB reserve it is about 30 mins by car so we were early enough to see the Bearded Tits at the grit trays.”
