“The views were outstanding, the property, a converted monastery, had lots of original features including cloisters, a well, steps everywhere, all in local stone. The pool was enormous with two levels and a small waterfall surrounded by beautiful gardens. Most bathrooms were modern. The reception staff were Very helpful. The hotel offers a cookery class and local wine tasting and both were very good, and trips to the local places of interest like Assisi, Perugia, Todi and Orvieto about €30 each if you don't have a car. Can choose between BB and Half board however nowhere else to dine except a local cafe and you do need a car to get there.”
