“The staff is kind and prepared. The position is really nice, and even if it's not that big, the hotel have everything you need. There is a nice restaurant room, the breakfast is good, and there is the lounge room for smokers; as cigar smoker I really enjoyed this possibility in this hotel. They have great support for foreigners, I got my VISA Voucher for free with a couple of emails, Mr. Gordeev does his job very well.”
