“We (two adults and two toddlers) were stuck in Berlin due to the fact that a storm caused the train company to cancel all outgoing trains. The place was large enough for all of us and at an affordable price range (train company will cover for it). The staff was very friendly and organized a bed for one of the toddlers in no time.”
