“The staff were excellent, very accommodating and friendly. Certain staff like Badr, Adil, Rashid, Amin, Yusef, the lady chef who makes the omelette in the morning and not forgetting the driver Mohammed Nooruddin were fantastic, polite, friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself had amazing architecture. Food in restaurant was delicious and fresh, excellent chefs. Enjoyed the breakfast and the orange juice served is amazing! Also offered us shisha near the pool, which was a bonus. The shuttle bus service was very good. Overall a brilliant service and stay.”
“We loved the free shuttle from the airport. There was a bit of confusion where our driver went to the wrong terminal initially, but he was very friendly and it was much nicer than taking a taxi. The room was fantastic and had an amazing shower. The bed was very comfortable and the food was pretty good. We really liked how small and quiet this place was. It didn't feel overrun with small children or tourists. The shuttle in and out of the medina was a lifesaver as well! The laundry service was fast and cheap!”
“Super friendly staff, albeit fairly difficult to communicate when no one really speaks English. I guess that's more of a minus against us than them though! It was very quiet & fairly out of the way, which was perfect for us as we just wanted a nice relaxing time & get lots of sun. Bedroom & bathroom was huge & always clean. Amazing massage on the last morning.”
