“We liked everything. The manager was friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time and were just going to leave our luggage, but the room was ready so we were able to check in immediately. The room was spacious and warm, and the bed was comfortable. There were lovely toiletries in the shower/bathroom and plenty of towels. There was a good selection of hot drinks which we really appreciated as it was a bitterly cold day.”
“Pleasant, helpful staff. The vegetarian English breakfast was quite good - vegetarian haggis! Pleasant, spacious, quiet room. About a 10 minute walk to Waverley station and lots of good restaurants along the street. 15-20 minute walk to castle.”

“I arrived late and one staff waited for me to check in and carried my luggage to 3rd floor (only stairs). Room and bed are both big. Very new facilities. It is located right behind the bus station so arriving by bus is more convenient.”

TV set was compatible with USB flash disk, very convenient; you can watch your own movies if you want. Good value-for-money. Close to the center. Close to the bus and Tram stations. Quiet.”
