Those romantic, intriguing Swiss bank accounts really do exist. They are here, in Zurich, Switzerland's financial center. Athough Bern is the federal capital, Zurich is the largest city in the country -- there is the lure of money, afterall. And although the country's wintery Alps draw thousands of tourists each year, Zurichers still celebrate the season's demise every year. A Spring festival culminates with the igniting of a cotton snowman. It's stuffed with fireworks, sending winter off with a bang.
