Lovely Leicestershire is set in England's heart, neatly divided in half by the Soar River. The county is dominated by Leicester, one of the 10 largest cities in England and Leicestershire's administrative center. Another Leicestershire town of note is the university town of Loughborough, nestled between Leicester and Nottingham. Loughborough is mostly known for the Great Central Stream railway, a venerable railway which has been running a steam service between Loughborough and the north of Leicester for over 100 years.
