This we be refunded subject to a damage inspection.<br><br>A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available in the room. Please note that the kit is subject to availability at no extra cost to the guest. The kit includes: 1 cot without a mattress.<br><br>The outdoor, heated swimming pool is open from April to mid-November. The other swimming pool is unheated and open from July to mid-September.<br><br>The price includes: beds made upon arrival, limited WiFi access ( up to 5 devices to navigate the web, read emails and search), Charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee), Pool area + playing field/sport (except tennis and archery), Basic activities : fitness, contest, parties.<br><br>Please note that access to the tennis court and archery is at an additional cost.<br><br>In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.<br><br>For stays of 6 nights or less, check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.<br><br>Please note that any modification may incur a fee.<br><br>Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

“Very family friendly, especially safe if you have teenagers as they could be independent without worries. For smaller children they have bouncy castles, face painting and mini games several times a week during the early evening. Pools very clean, lots of lifeguards. Resort generally kept very clean. Lots of activities - but you do have to pay for them. Exercise classes were numerous and excellent. Wide choice of beaches near by. Great supermarket on site which stocks virtually everything you could possibly need at reasonable prices. Hotel is very central in resort and our sea view was stunning, overlooking pools with view to Agay and backdrop of mountains. Hotel has air con, which most apartments don't and which we were very appreciative of.”
