“Whilst this Sheraton has a distinctly informal feel about it, it is comfortable and functional throughout; bedding, fixtures and fittings, wifi and breakfast items are of high quality. Convenient location right on the Heimeranplatz metro station. A peak-hour service hiccup encountered in the breakfast restaurant was dealt with immediately, expertly and in a refreshlingly hands on manner by the duty manager Nancy Kummer.”
