“The Hotel is located in the heart of Gstaad 5 minutes walking distance from the station. The staff is very welcoming and helpful even with a 2yo child. They had all necessary equipment for children. The hotel in itself is very charming and affordable compared to the other luxury hotels surrounding. The food is great : good choice od local cuisine (cheese & meat). Breakfast great as well.”
“We're given a recently renovated family room with a terrace facing the promenade: it was charming and cozy, a brand-new bathroom with good amenities, mini-bar and complimentary (sparkling) water. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. We had dinner in their restaurant (reservation required, it is very popular) and it was superb! Kids menu is available and has a good selection, and they do what they can to accommodate any special requests. I'm definitely staying there again!”

“This hotel was a pleasure to stay at in Gstaad. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times . We had a larger family room which was very spacious had had all one needed. Beds are very comfortable and the balcony was a nice spot to enjoy a drink. The restaurant served excellent evening meals and breakfast was second to none. I congratulate the management and staff for a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend”
