“The hotel room and location were way beyond our expectations. Hotel is surrounded by canals and bridges in The most "fairy-tale" like setting of Petit France. We could see the canal from our windows. Room was beautifully renovated, spacious, with a king bed. Bathroom was over-the-top with big walk-in shower, twin sinks, heated towel rack. In-room safe and small fridge, great details like adjustable reading lights and USB connectors built into the bed. Water heater and coffee/tea setup. Top-quality everything.”

“A spacious room with toilet separate to the bathroom. 2 washbasins! Electric kettle, good wifi, openable windows although the cafes over the canal could get noisy. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Carpet floors but clean. Wonderful buffet breakfast with poached eggs available. Room 202 has a great view of the canal and Petite France area. It was interesting to find that the hotel used to be an iceworks and some of the old machinery is still visible through a window in a corridor on the ground floor.”
“Our room was in a separate building from the hotel reception a short walk across the swing bridge. The building is located on the river and our room was newly refurbished with great views. With air conditioning it meant that despite being on the tourist route it was quiet. The large shower room was great. We chose not to take breakfast at the hotel since 25€ is a bit steep. Instead we walked around the corner where there is a large choice of cafes.”
“A good hotel in Strasbourg is hard to find. This hotel provides for everything, with parking facilities, wifi, a superb breakfast and a dream location in the middle of the "Petite France", near the water. A dream.”
“Our room was on the third floor in the Pavillion with a picture-perfect view. The decor was a mix of modern with old rough-hewn, exposed beams. Little things like electric outlets near the bed for charging one's phone... a full length mirror outside the bathroom...a big bench at the foot of the bed for suitcases...plus another bench...a small desk...a large tv (which we didn't use, but know can be important to others) all made the room a delightful experience. We had to leave in the early morning so didn't enjoy the bar in the evening or the breakfast. This hotel has everything.”
