“Staff friendly... The young man that was on the desk at 12:30 am spoke English, which was very helpful to bridge the gap for my minimal Portuguese. I did not have local currency for my return to the airport, but the hotel charged my credit card for the amount of the taxi, and paid the taxi in local currency on my behalf. 24 hours staff is always a plus!”
