And would definitely go back. great outside porch for us to chill, with a big safe garden, with animals, for the kids to run around. staff helpful & friendly, family room big enough for the 5 of us.”

“The grounds were large and attractive. We went for short walks in the evenings after dinner. The dinners were good. It was fairly near Santander , so good for the ferry .We would stay there again for a few days going or returning from holiday.”

“Staff very friendly and lovely location away from the crowds. Beautiful building. Perfect for one night only. Dinner portions were huge to the point where you could share one, but whilst my husband had a beautifully cooked piece of Hake, my Tuna was over cooked and dry.”

“The hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful, the village is very quite with a nice walk to the cliffs with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a nice little beach with a couple of restaurants just a couple of miles away . There is plenty to see in the area and its worth taking the trip to Parc de Europe up in the mountains , to take the cable car up to the peak but get your tickets as they work a number system. The hotel is peaceful with the birds singing but you can hear the traffic at times but this isn't a problem, they also have a few deer in a large enclosure that the kids adore. Pool is clean and the sun beds really comfortable”
