“The staff were extraordinary. We were celebrating our daughters 20th birthday. A plate was brought to her room with happy birthday written in chocolate, there were also chocolates and fruit. We were looking forward to having dinner at the hotel restaurant overlooking the lake and were upset when learning that the restaurant was fully booked the day after. They somehow managed to squeeze us in anyway, and our waiter was fantastic, very attentive. The food was fantastic. All in all - we will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.”
