“Walking distance to Chenonceaux castle. Good parking space at the property. Food at the hotel's restaurant was good.”
“Pretty village, secure parking, friendly host, good breakfast”
“Great restaurant, beautiful town, a nice relaxed location.”
“We have stayed here before and find it an excellent location to explore Chenonceaux and the Loire Valley. It offers a great place to stop over on our way to the Dordognes where we stay for the majority of our holiday with my parents. The parking is secure, there is a small heated pool and the restaurant (closed on Sunday evening) offers very tasty food for the money. Chenonceaux offers a number of good restaurants offering good local food at a range of prices and the village centre is only a short level walk from the hotel.”
“We have stayed here before and it makes an excellent stopover to explore Chenonceaux and the Loire valley. It is only a short walk to the village centre where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from offering a wide selection of local food. The hotel itself is comfortable and when the restaurant is open (normally shut on Sundays) the food is tasty and good value. If the weather is good you can eat outside on the lawn. We did have to ask for extra pillows as they only provide one rather slim one per bed but they were happy to oblige.”
“The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Situated close to the beautifull castle of Chenonseaux.”
“Within short walking distance from Chateau de Chenonceau.”
“Very nice and helpful staff/owners. Location was perfect for visiting Chateau Chenonceau. Triple room was adequate and clean. The hotel parking was ample and located at the hotel. Price was right.”
“Swimming pool after a long day. Nice French breakfast and nice host.”
“This is a beautiful, typically French, Napoleonic property with lovely grounds. The owner was charming and very helpful. Having our dog with us was no problem. The breakfast was good.”
