“Excellent value, good breakfast, small but comfortable room, helpful pleasant staff”
“The room,I would describe as a bit "colonial"in style and decor, not modern but very comfortable, and a good size,as was the bathroom. The rest of the hotel was nice as well, and the staff very welcoming and helpful,a nice personal touch.Breakfast equally nice. Parking was easy, right outside in the private car park.”
“Personalized friendly staff efficient clean parking ”
“Location was superb and it was nice small cozy place to stay.”
“Good location, just outside the crowded tourist centre. Quiet area. Easy, ten minute walk into main area of the city and its plentiful restaurants/cafes, etc. About a dozen private (unsecured) parking spaces for the hotel without extra charge. Reasonable sized room; okay for a couple of nights. Good value breakfast. Friendly owners/managers. A private hotel within a marketing network: this gives it character, warmth and some individuality which is highly desirable in this age of huge standardised groups. Good value for money for a decent hotel in a busy touristy city. (Advice: book one of the slightly dearer rooms for a better view away from the surrounding streets, etc.)”
“Excellent value for money and so close to the historic centre of Albi. A lovely surprise to have free parking and WIFI. Very helpful staff who recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance.”
“Entirely french rather than having english forced on you!”
“The staff were very good. I was there for a bike race (as were many others) & they laid on an extra-early breakfast for us all.”
“Service oriented staff. Very good follow up of customer satisfaction from the management, via sms, during the stay and after the stay. Free parking outside the hotel. Central and quiet location.”
“I liked the way the staff threw our belongings into boxes and rubbish bag in order get us out of a room we had paid in advance. This was so that the hotel could use the room for a new customer that they had mistakenly solded to. I also liked the astonishing arrogance of the manager Mr Gilli who attempted to blame us for their misunderstanding.”
