“Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Especially Maria, Carmen, Elisabeth and Patricia at reception were very helpful with all our requests, i.e. for directions. Also they changed our room immediately when we were not happy with the one initially assigned (2nd floor, dark, no view). Restaurant Manager at breakfast was very welcoming. Great breakfast, high quality cheese and ham, great selection of fruit and pastries, good coffee! Great location, 5 min easy walk from train station (15 minutes from airport, line C1 for Eur 1.80!), shopping centers and 15 min walk to downtown.”
