“As we had 4 small dogs we wanted a dog friendly hotel, this was an excellent choice given we were not charged extra for the dogs. We had requested a ground floor room but was allocated a 2nd floor room on arrival, we upgraded to a ground floor studio which was perfect for us and the dogs. Was the room luxurious? no but when you travel with dogs you make exceptions. The location was extremely good for the sights and also shops but was quiet in itself and the parking in it's private carpark was extremely welcome again no charge. All in all an excellent choice with or without dogs. Just don't expect luxury.”

“Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“We ended up choosing this hotel after our original booking (with booking.com) was cancelled at very short notice. The location was excellent. a ten minute walk to the palace and lots of restaurants right on the door step together with a fantastic market. The hotel also offer free parking which is a bonus in Versailles. Due to price we chose the cheapest room which was small but ok for a couple of nights. The bathroom looked quite new and was nice, the room itself was a little dated but the bed was reasonably comfortable.”

“You cannot find a better located hotel in Versailles. I stay there whenever I have meetings in the area (Elancourt etc.). This hotel is right on the market square and there are real market shops (fruit, veg, meat, cheese etc.) open from about 7am. But there are also quite a few restaurants and shops in the area so everything from toothpaste to shoe repair can be found. Additionally, the WIFI is excellent.”

“Others have praised location being in the centre of town about 10 minutes from Chateu. However the courtyard surrouning the upstairs bedrooms was an extra bonus. We enjoyed our breakfast on the first morning, including boiled egg, yoghurt, fruit and cereal, but were too tired to get up on our second day (serves until 9.30am during the week). Lots of local restaurants and coffee bars abound in the square for late risers. The room we had benefited from two large beds and opening windows over the downstairs carpark. Great for ventilation and just a little noise as people left in the morning. The bathroom including bath was spotless and large for a 3 star hotel.”
