“The owner was exceptionally helpful. Due to some miscommunication the hotel shuttle did not find me. The owner came himself to pick me up, carried my bagage to my room and took me to the airport the following morning. The staff was very friendly and the room spotlessly clean. “The hotel was an excellent overnight stop before an early morning flight. Our room was small but adequate, clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus collected us from Vitrolles station and delivered us efficiently to the airport early next morning. The buffet meal in the evening was good and unexpected. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.”

“The breakfast staff man was exceedingly helpful and could not do enough for us. However, the room was very small and a bit claustrophobic. The posts either side of the entrance t the car park which was at the front and sides of the hotel, was a restrictive and a bit of a struggle to get the car through! The breakfast food was good for France, since so many places only give you bread and jam, but at Hotel Balladins Aeroport (which in fact is not on the airport base itself but a few miles up the road!), there was eggs, cheese, ham, oranges, apples, fruit juice, fresh bread to carve yourself and other bread as well plus a few cereal types as well.”
