“We stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and we were happy back then. I have to admit the quality of rooms and facilities has been improved since except the restaurant. The utensils were dirty and we had to ask staff to replace them with clean ones (I remember the exact same thing happened 8 years ago!). My daughter ordered lasagna which was good. My sea pizza was ok. But my wife's veggie pizza was extremely suggy. When we lifted the pieces a brown liquid (from mushrooms) were all under the pizza bread and all pizza was soaked with that and not edible. We brought it to staff attention and there was no solution to that!”
