“The hotel was spacious and airy and beautifully cool. The room we had was large with a good sized en suite and the beds were comfortable. There was a fridge in the room stocked with drinks at a reasonable price. We also had a small balcony.”

“Pool looked lovely but a little cool for me and day wasn't extra hot but lovely to lie in sun on lounger at poolside Perpuges about 15min walk away (uphill but not extreme) Supermarket almost next door along with adjacent small town Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to check in early and explore perouges on foot. Breakfast was good value”

“A traditional French hotel with a similar style (but separately owned) restaurant next door. The rooms were spotlessly clean. A simple but generous breakfast is provided on the terrace. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well cared for. The hill town of Perouges is within walking distance, although it is uphill! The hotel is really on the edge of the larger village of Meximieux. There is a large supermarket within a few hundred yards. Ideal for stocking up or for buying petrol.”
