“The hotel owner talked to us about the issues we had. We were the only guests there on the first night so we were a bit unhappy.”

“We arrived late at night after surprisingly losing an accommodation elsewhere. We were indeed tired and the inviting gesture and generosity of the charming and oh so kind director, Jean-Pierre, was the perfect cure to our troubles. For the whole weekend he was extremely attentive and left out our breakfast after a big birthday bash in one of the villages nearby. The view, the food, the coffee, the room and everything was more than we could have asked for. The staff too was full of information and always took the time to talk to us and give us ideas what to do and see. When in Lourdes, we will make this our home away from home.”

“This hotel and specifically the hotel owners Helen & Olivier, took wonderful care of us from start to finish. We were tired and hungry on arrival and Helen arranged an express table for us at the hotel's devine Italian restaurant run by Olivier where we had two exceptional risottos as our bags were delivered to our room. The ease and grace and genuine warmth of the service really made our week. We felt positively pampered in our wonderful double bedroom with a spectacular view over looking the Gave de Pau. We've been coming to Lourdes for 20 years and I just wish we had found the Jeanne D'Arc sooner. Exceptional value for money that our son booked for us. We'll be back, that much is certain. This is now our hotel in Lourdes. Thank you again so much for making the holiday so very special for us. Robert & Grace.”

The breakfast room is beautiful and clean with a great selection. We had fantastic pizzas at the hotel's own little Pizzaria. We will definitely be back. Hotel is very central, by the river with a view to the mountains, shops and restaurants nearby and very close to the famous sanctuary. Couldn't have been better.”
