“The hotel was in an excellent location to explore areas around the Isle de la Cite. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and beds were comfortable and room facilities were good. Staff were especially helpful when an unforeseen issue arose over the original dates booked which needed altering - a big 'thank you' for their understanding and helpfulness.”
