“Accomodations are a bit 'odd', at least from an American viewpoint; very little English spoken by staff; beds are uncomfortable; no dresser, little closet space. no iron in room. I booked 5 months in advance and requested upper floor - I ended up on first floor in a handicap room.. Came back to my room late one night and there were NO TOWELS. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent The location is excellent; across from train station, but there is no noise from trains. New and modern facility.”

“The cleanest hotel I'v ever been too! Extremely spacious room (I stayed at the Junior suite), very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good breakfast, convenient free parking. The staff was very jelpful and nice. Excellent place to stay if you need to be close to both Lausanne and Geneve.”
