- A security deposit of EUR 75 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It will not be returned if there is any damage, the guest has smoked in the room, or if the keys are not returned.<br><br>Reception opening hours:<br>- Sunday to Friday: 7:45 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:30<br>- Saturday: 7:00 to 22:45<br><br>Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Daily cleaning and full board are included in the price.<br><br>Please note that the kids club is available for children aged from 4 to 17 years old.<br><br>A baby club for children aged 18 months to 4 years is available upon prior reservation and depending on availability. The club is not free during the school holidays when additional fees will apply.<br><br>Please note that the whole hotel has been renovated in 2014.<br><br>For stays from 1 to 5 nights, full board includes 1 dinner on arrival day and 1 breakfast and 1 lunch on departure day.<br><br>Access to the Aquarelaxant centre is upon appointment only and reserved for guests over the age of 18 years old, expect during specific hours when teenagers are also able to access the centre. Reservations can be made at reception.<br><br>- From Sunday to Friday<br>- Saturday: Closed<br>- Sundays and Tuesday mornings outside of school holidays: Closed<br><br>The Aquarelaxant centre can be accessed by teenagers aged 14 years and over at certain times, please contact the property for more information.<br><br>Guests can reserve 45-minute sessions on site depending on availability.<br><br>Flip-flops and swimming costumes are mandatory when accessing the Aquarelaxant centre. Towels are provided.<br><br>Preferential rates for ski lift passes and ski equipment are available. Please contact the property for further details.

“The Hotel Club MMV Les Mélèzes has an outstanding exclusive location almost on top of entire Les Arc region, with great views on Montblanc and Aiguille Rouge and with fare ski-to-door possibilities. Two things compensate all troubles: - great buffet on breakfast and dinner; and - great skiing in Les Arcs.”
“Excellent buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Great location for access to slopes. High resort (2000-3000m) for late season skiing. Buzzy family entertainment in the evenings....all in french..but hey we were in France! Nice wellness centre but only 3 free entrances. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great views.”

Permettez-moi ici (d'essayer) de réparer cette muflerie en vous redisant le meilleur accueil que nous a réservé votre établissement. Tout à fait entre nous: il est bien entendu que nous avons immédiatement reconnu en vous la véritable patronne de l'hôtel, mais au cas où vous vous obstineriez encore à contester cette version des faits, sachez que la Direction a la classe. Voyez-vous, la classe, c'est inné: on l'a ou on ne l'a pas. Au plaisir de vous revoir, P.S.: le MMV Altitude est un peu surfait, en fin de compte...”
