“Hotel was really Filthy, out dated carpet in corridor from 1980's, my King Suites mini fridge, walls, and bed were very dirty. Sofa has stains from previous couple who booked this room. The bathroom had black hairs all over the Jacuzzi and shower left from previous guests, it was so bad that we decide NOT to give bath to our 2 year old baby and we decided to check out early. The General Manager refused to speak to me via phone nor email, and it has been over 4 weeks. Ac was broken and had a extremely laud rattling noise which my baby and wife couldn't sleep all night during the hot summer night. The Elevator was noisy and has a violent stop to it. With my hospitality experience for over 30 years this hotel never been updated by the CITQ for an updated star rating, because it should qualify for a 2 star only. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!!!”
