“The staff was absolutely wonderful, professional, and accommodating. The front desk staff spoke beautiful English and when I told them I wanted to practice my French, they were very kind and honored my request by speaking in French to me the whole time. The breakfast was very good but IMO pricey. We stayed 3 nights before a week excursion to Burgundy and then another night on the back end of the trip. Our first room was extremely small. There was barely enough room with our suitcases on a stand and our windows didn't open. I asked if they had something larger when we returned. When we returned they had a much larger room fronting the street with windows that opened. Amazing difference! We appreciated their finding something a bit larger for us. The location is wonderful for visiting the Tuileries, the Louvre, the Place de la Concorde, etc... The front desk staff was also very helpful whenever we needed a car/taxi or a restaurant recommendation.”
