“My room was beautiful, but I didn't get to enjoy it very long because the air conditioning broke. It was a Friday, and they could not get anyone out to repair it until Monday. So the very nice manager asked if I would mind looking at a room at the hotel across the street, Hotel Gabriel. It is owned by the same company. The room was equally nice, so I moved across the street and enjoyed the rest of my stay. The staff at both hotels were exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful.”
