“staff is very friendly!! A really lovely family owned Hotel which makes it very cozy and warm. Nice amenities , like s little sewing kit, nail file and towels for cleaning shoes... very cute! You don´t really see those often in a hotels :) They have something better than a minibar. Big fridge is downstairs and you can get the drinks out of there for normal price and just fill out on a sheet of paper what you took out.”
“Very serene environment in the German countryside. It is about 10 kilometers south of Munich-Vienna Autobahn, but it's well worth going there. There is a large restaurant on the ground floor with very good traditional German food and excellent beer. The parking was somewhat tight, but is was Saturday night the the restaurant was packed with locals. Breakfast was abundant and the selection was good. There was a small elevator in the main building, with helped with heavy luggage.”

“Zuerst wurde mir trotz Buchung eines Doppelzimmers mit Einzelbelegung eine Besenkammer zugewiesen und ich bekam erst nach hartnäckigem Protest das gebuchte Zimmer zugeteilt. Das ist kein fairer Umgang mit Gästen.”

“Frühstück war sehr lecker, alles frisch, große Auswahl an Semmeln, Eierspeisen, frisches Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Quark, gute Käse- und Wurstplatte, auch Weißwurst und Süßspeisen. Abendessen war sehr gut, auch das Steak perfekt nach Wunsch gebraten. Betten gut und trotz der Straßenlage nachts sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus gestartet werden, Nähe zum Chiemsee ca. 15 Autominuten. Auto generell empfehlenswert. Hauptort Marquartstein in ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Biergärten in der Nähe (5 Autominuten). Kleiner Spielplatz direkt am Haus, ebenso ausreichend Parkplätze und schöne Terrasse. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.”
